Angela D. Chaplin
a native of Charleston, SC and the wife of Attorney Joenathan S. Chapin is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting from Columbia College. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Chaplin was employed as an accounts payable specialist.

Terol B. Hegler, Jr.
is a native of Winnsboro, South Carolina. He is a graduate of Midlands Technical College, where he received two 2-year degrees in Criminal Justice and as a Paralegal. Prior to becoming Mr. Chaplin’s paralegal, Terol assembled and organized information for Mr. Chaplin’s cases and he also delivered legal documents to the appropriate parties. Terol performs a multitude of tasks in the preparation of Mr. Chaplin’s cases, and serves as the primary contact/liaison for most of Mr. Chaplin’s clients.

Sally S. Mills
is originally from Atlanta, GA but has lived most of her life here in Columbia, SC. She is currently pursuing her Paralegal Degree from Midlands Technical College. Her work experience includes trust departments, brokerage firms and continuing care retirement communities. She performs a multitude of duties ranging from clerical to paralegal.

Andre Lewis
is a native of St. George, South Carolina and is currently living in Columbia, South Carolina. He is a graduate of South Carolina State University where he majored in accounting and business administration. He received a BS Degree in Business Administration. He also did course work at LSU School of Banking and the Herriot Watt University MBA Program. He brings over 27 years of management, business, and finance experience to the firm. He currently serves as an Intake Specialist helping to ensure that prospective, new, and existing clients maintain effective working relationships with legal staff throughout the representation process.

Dinelia Concepcion
is originally from Dorado, Puerto Rico. At age 12 moved to Florida and is currently pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice and International Studies from the University of South Carolina. She is also a member of the University Of South Carolina Volleyball Team. Dinelia is the Spanish translator/interpreter for the firm as well as other clerical duties.
